Vacation rental FAQ

Once a reservation request is received and confirmed by our staff, the full amount of the reservation is processed. This is normally within 24-48hrs.

Since we do not collect a security deposit or charge additional platform fees, a “destination fee” is applied to every reservation. This covers guest experience, operational and enhanced cleaning procedures. 

*Guests are still responsible for any damages that occur during the reservation and reserves the right to cancel & charge guests that deemed in violation of Effortless Stay’s policies and agreements.

Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 weeks prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.

Early check-in is available on a case-by-case basis and will be provided if the unit is clean and ready for an early check-in.

All of your reservation information is sent to the email address and phone number used during booking checkout. If you are unable to find reservation communications, please check your spam folder or reach out to guest services at 720.292.8891.

We do send emails and SMS/text messages to our guests such as payment receipts, reminders, etc as a courtesy. You can always check the guest portal link sent to your email for additional reservation details. 

All of our properties are equipped with either keyless entry or a lockbox. Every guest receives information about how to access their rental after the reservation is confirmed. If you are staying in a house that provides a Keyless Entry system you will be given the instructions via e-mail and/or SMS/text when your check-in time starts. This is generally 4pm/MST.

Every space is professionally cleaned & disinfected after each guest. We follow strict VRMA & VRHP guidelines. Adhering
to all guidelines

Effortless Rental Group is using the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) recommendations for all existing cleaning programs. These protocols follow CDC & WHO guidelines in addition to more rigorous sanitation specific to short-term rental properties.

Regulations & Safety

Effortless Stay believes in safe & responsible travel and we’re following all recommended procedures by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local governments. As community advocates & hospitality providers, Effortless has a pulse on all COVID-19 related industry news and we adjust processes to align with changes as they arise.

Guests

Effortless Stay understands the need for increased flexibility in travel planning. And we’re working diligently with all guests to resolve reservation issues that arise. If you are a guest that booked with Effortless through Airbnb, VRBO or Expedia, please contact those platforms for reservation information and support. We respect every guest and appreciate your understanding as the current situation evolves. *Effortless Rental Group (ie. Effortless Stay) does not recommend leisure travel and every traveler should consult current local, state & federal regulations during travel and reservation check-in times.

Housekeeping & Sanitation

Effortless Stay provides all guests with safe & clean stays. Our practices & standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout, ie., use of CDC compliant cleaning products, attention to high-touch surfaces and ‘hot-spots’ and social distancing. As always, we advise guests to practice hygenic vigilance when using rental properties (see: CDC Best Personal Practices).

Effortless Stay is actively working with homeowners to resolve present issues. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible. As travel behavior evolves, Effortless wants to assure all homeowners that we’re doing everything we can to make sure properties stay occupied while adhering to CDC and state-recommended guidelines.
