The top level of our home has a minibar to fill with your favorites and opens up to a sizable rooftop deck. Take in the most captivating unobstructed skyline views out of any unit in the complex! Spend your evenings gathered on the outdoor furniture illuminated by bistro lights as you overlook the city.

A 2-car garage is available for guests to use, as well, eliminating the hassle of searching for a parking spot.

Our home is perfectly positioned between Highland Square and LoHi.

Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment can be found in every direction.

32nd Street near LoHi offers several shops and restaurants and is just steps from our townhome. Menchies frozen yogurt, Park Burger, and many authentic Mexican restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. The Gallup Cafe or Wooden Spoon Cafe & Bakery are fantastic spots to stop in for breakfast.

If you’re traveling with family, you’ll be pleased to find Highland Park directly across the street with a playground and lots of locals bringing the kiddos and walking their dogs. Walk or bike nearby trails. Every Sunday, June through September is the Highlands Farmers Market in Highlands Square (32nd and Lowell). There’s fresh produce, food trucks, music, and local breweries.

The Highlands Street Fair takes place annually in June and don’t miss the Highlands Fall festival around Halloween! It is very family and costume friendly. Also, catch the Taste of the Highlands on the weekend of September 19th.

For your convenience, there is a Walgreens on the corner of Federal and Speer.

You’ll be 2 blocks from Park Burger Highlands, and a quick 7-minute walk from Highland Square with boutiques, bakeries, and plenty of fast-casual dining such as Chipotle, Garbanzo, and Jimmy John’s. Stop in at Sweet Cow for some delicious local ice cream. The cookies and cream is to die for!
Stop by Novo Coffee Roasters to grab a morning pick-me-up (we like the cold brew and Chia tea), offering a great relaxed ambiance. Oasis Brewery is also just a few minute walk away and if you like Mexican food, Tacos Tequila Whiskey, The Matador and El Camino are all phenomenal!

For the readers of your group, West Side Books is a cute little used book store and one of our favorites!

Just a 15-minute walk from the heart of LoHi, you can enjoy Little Man Ice Cream, Linger, and other trendy restaurants and shops.

For some upscale Italian food, be sure to walk over to Spuntino, perfect for a date night!

If you don’t have your own transportation or are just looking to explore, our home is just a 25-minute walk to Union Station with the light rail covering metro Denver. The RTD bus stop is also right at your fingertips. Route 32 stops just steps from our house on the corner of 32nd and Federal and the 31 stops just outside our front walkway.

If you have a car, our home offers easy access to I-70 and I-25, making it simple to shoot up to the mountains or see more of downtown! Sloan Lake is just a 7-minute drive and has beautiful city and mountain views with plenty of green space, events happening year-round, and paths surrounding the lake.

No Car? No problem!! Use the LYFT or UBER apps to get around town. Denver also has great scooter and car rental options for visitors like Car2Go, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere.
