Sleeps 7. The bedrooms of this home were intentionally designed to provide a wonderful night’s sleep and that starts with a heavenly mattress. All three bedrooms include a high-quality mattress, with luxe pillows and linens.

Upstairs you will find the spacious primary bedroom which includes a queen-sized bed and offers an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom can also be found upstairs and includes a queen bed + a very comfortable foam twin rollaway.

The third bedroom can be found on the lower level (basement) and includes a queen bed + quiet home office space. There is also a Smart TV in this room as well.

This townhome is set up to fully accommodate remote work for multiple people– extra high-speed internet and several, private, quiet workspaces (both indoor and outdoor) throughout the home, including a private home office in the lower level bedroom which is a major highlight and unique feature of the home.

The neighborhood:
From our centrally located home, you can walk to Downtown, Broadway, Colfax, and a number of parks quickly. Within this area, there is a great deal to do! You'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots with most of them located within a 10min walk of the house.

This historical Capitol Hill neighborhood is rich with culture and diversity, and is one of the most sought after areas to live in Denver! Just blocks away from the Governor's Mansion, The Kirkland Museum, The Denver Art Museum, The Molly Brown House, and The Capitol Building, you won’t run out of entertainment. There is plenty within reach, but there is oh so much more available throughout Denver should you choose to explore. It is also within walking distance to Cheesman Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens, a must-see while in town, and is also within minutes by car of many Denver attractions such as the Denver Zoo and the Denver Aquarium.
