Our quiet oasis is more than conveniently located just off the slopes and with amazing amenities (please inquire for current availability), this will be your perfect Winter Park home away from home. All you need to do to hit the slopes is to take the elevator to the fifth floor and just a few steps on the catwalk. Simply travel downhill on the Corridor slope towards the gondola and the resort’s base where you will gain access to several lifts that spread throughout the rest of the resort and easier trails. This is definitely our favorite route to the mountain base and village, just be sure to jump back on the lifts to head back up before they close to complete your ski-in/out journey for the day (please check daily for all lift time closures and to return to the condo. To head home - Ski Mary Jane down to reach Corridor which leads to the condo. This is outside of some people’s skill level so we just want to set expectations). During the warmer months, it’s just as easy to pop out on the trails for world-class mountain biking and peaceful walking trails to find that perfect space for diving into your favorite novel.
Our studio condo is fully furnished with tasteful attention to detail. This condo comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a Queen-size Murphy bed, as well as a Full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to ensure your comfort. The condo is located on the 4th floor (with elevator), sleeps 4, and is located just off of a ski run that runs down to the gondola base. The unit also includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities (must use your own accounts), a gas fireplace, dining area, and balcony view of the ski run.
Our newly renovated kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, is fully-equipped to keep the chef in your group smiling the entire stay with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and more. During your stay, you’ll also want to travel out to any of the multiple restaurants (most are open for take-out and some are currently providing dine-in services) in the Winter Park and Frasier areas and explore scenic Grand County!
For ultimate relaxation, after cruising the slopes on your skis, board, or bike there is a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and more. There is also a massage therapist that operates out of Building C, so be sure to reach out to them directly about rates and availability (*NOT an included amenity*). You will need to go to the 5th floor of Building C, or downstairs and outside, to access the pool, hot tub, or sauna and we suggest bringing your flip flops (not provided) and maybe a robe (not provided) so you can bundle up to stay warm and comfy. You’ll find the laundry room with washers and dryers ($1.75 per load) on the second floor.
This cozy getaway will forever be your Winter Park home away from home and we truly hope you enjoy our perfectly set complex with wonderful amenities located within the complex and surrounding areas.

Here, you’ll be more than conveniently located less than 1 mile from Winter Park Resort Town Center! Winter Park boasts snow sports in the Winter, or (depending on various COVID-19 restrictions) you can usually pick from a multitude of activities and concerts during the summer months. With crowd-pleasing entertainment all year long, there is almost always something fun for everyone.
For the occasions, you do not want to utilize the fully equipped kitchen, there is a large variety of restaurants in the area! Swing into the Winter Park Town Center to feast at Vertical Bistro and Tap, Goodys Mountain Creperie, Waffle Cabin, or just north of town near Fraser stop by Hideaway Park Brewery, Deno’s Mountain Bistro, Randi’s Grill and Pub, Hernando’s Pizza Pub, Fontenot’s Seafood and Grill, with an abundance of eateries and bars remaining to be discovered (most are open for take-out and some are currently providing dine-in services). One of our personal favorites is Volario’s daily handmade pasta and pizza dough! The quality and exceptional service draw locals to this restaurant for special occasions, but you’ll want to make a reservation early because they are the best fine dining in the area and boast an extensive wine list. The Idlewild Distillery offers an intimate setting with a large fireplace near the front of the restaurant, but most importantly allows patrons to sample their handcrafted liquor as a flight of tasters accompanied by some great grub. Treat yourself to the Alpine Gin and the Woodcutters Bourbon which are highly treasured by many patrons. After a long day enjoying Colorado’s outdoors, head over to Azteca, a local family-owned and operated neighborhood favorite. You can always find a wonderful atmosphere for couples and families! Our whole crew LOVES the Mexican pizza, taco salad, and chalupa with shredded beef, and you’ll be delighted with all of the cost-effective choices. Full day with the family??? We highly suggest visiting the Foundry less than 10 minutes away which is a restaurant/movie theater/bowling alley, and the Colorado Adventure Park just down the road in Fraser which provides tubing and mini snowmobiles for kids!
Take advantage of the free local shuttle with tracking through the Lift Rider app and easy access to a bus stop in the front building! This shuttle runs to the gondola, through Fraser and Winter Park for you to plan a day of touring our mountain towns and many rare unique gifts to commemorate your trip to the Rocky Mountains! Cruise up to Granby for more mountain town stores to explore.
Cruise down Main Street through the town of Fraser, then only 20 minutes to the town of Granby. These two mountain towns provide numerous restaurants and can provide endless activities for the entire family.
Revel in the scenic drive on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park. Less than an hour away will yield 100’s of trails for hiking and biking, or even snowshoeing and sledding during the snowy months. Appreciate the scenery during your drive to the opposite side of the park and enjoy Estes Park.
We truly hope you enjoy our cozy getaway and all that Colorado has to offer.
