This expansive and beautifully designed home is ideally located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with absolutely everything you could need for your secluded mountain getaway! With the perfect blend of rustic and modern, you’ll get the full mountain experience just 20 minutes outside of the Denver city limits. Our home SLEEPS 19 GUESTS (using the available full-size pullout sofa and 2 queen air mattresses)!! You couldn't ask for a better space for a large group or family gathering.
This log-integrated home provides an open floor plan, radiant floor heating throughout, plenty of space for large groups with two master bedrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. For your comfort and convenience, you’ll have access to a total of 3 TVs (smart and streaming- with cable), a gas fireplace, laptop-friendly office space, and washer/dryer. As our guest, you will also be able to enjoy an exercise room with a treadmill and full-body universal machine, games, and pack-n-play with an air mattress.
The drive up alone will leave you breathless, and there’s plenty of outdoor space with a large yard, two private decks, playground and gazebo with stunning views. Step outside onto the gazebo to enjoy your coffee or cocktail, soak in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh Colorado air. Elk, mountain goats, foxes, moose, bunnies and even bears have been spotted from time to time!
Upon entering the home, you’ll be greeted with a serene space, flooded with natural light and magnificent views. The warm and inviting main level includes a large living area and fully stocked kitchen, complete with coffee, spices, oil, vinegar, two dishwashers and all the cooking essentials you might need during your stay. On the main level, you will also find the first Master Bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom with a large tub. The guests staying in the main level master can also enjoy their own private morning kitchen, which includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a second bedroom located on the main level with a full-size sleeper sofa.
Head upstairs to the second master, with yet another ensuite bath, tub(Jets in the tub do not currently work), and private deck. The upstairs provides more than enough privacy for families or larger groups with the three bedrooms spaced out nicely. The two additional upstairs bedrooms both include their own ensuite bathrooms with Jack and Jill sinks. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos, with 2 bunk beds, totaling 4 twin beds.
Downstairs you’ll find even more secluded space with two bedrooms, each with their own queen bed. This level also has it’s very own game room with billiards table and additional living area and the exercise room.
Don’t forget to explore the area and let the kids play outside in the playground and jungle gym. After a fun-filled day, retreat back to the house, relax and enjoy the multiple TVs available throughout the home. There is a very steep grade leading up to the home. 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended, especially during the snow season.
No pets and no smoking allowed in the home. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in eviction and loss of your security deposit.
Our home is in a remote location and we do NOT advise traveling during bad weather. Please plan accordingly!
The blinds in the main living room are unfortunately broken and must be kept open. Please enjoy our home! We appreciate your courtesy!
