A modern mountain home awaits you! Located only 5 miles from the lifts at Winter Park, our mountain home will feel like your own the minute you open the door and take in the incredible mountain views.

Old world mountain charm meets contemporary elegance in this attractively decorated home with an inviting fireplace, high ceilings, patio, balcony, & hot tub. You are sure to be impressed with all of the attention to detail this home boasts.

On the main level, you’ll find a charming fireplace, big comfy couch, recliner, and Smart TV inviting you to curl up and make yourself at home in the main living area. The spacious kitchen is an advantageous feature for the cook of your group with the excess granite counter space to work on, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful rustic wooden cabinetry. The kitchen spills into the dining area with a robust dining table offering plenty of room.
This level also includes an additional seating area off from the living room for breaking out the board games, an additional half bath for your convenience, & a large balcony with tremendous views and a natural gas grill.

The primary bedroom is private and on its own floor! This upper-level suite comes equipped with a king-size bed, additional seating, and a standup desk if work is considered necessary. The master level also has its own ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in glass shower.

On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a second living area with a queen-sized pull-out sofa. One bedroom has a set of full/full bunk beds and the other is a bit more private with a queen bed. This level also has the laundry room but most importantly the access to the hot tub is just outside this patio.

Located just a few miles from the lifts at Winter Park, this home is the perfect escape to immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Rockies. Your private outdoor patio overlooks the captivating mountain peaks and backs up to community catch-and-release lakes and a frisbee golf course in the summertime! Explore the open landscape during the winter months with over a mile dedicated to cross-country skiing.

Nestled away in the central Rockies of Winter Park, your accommodation overlooks Morse Mountain and breathtaking Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. In December of 2018, Winter Park was recognized as the best ski resort in North America according to USA Today’s Ski and Snowboard Reader’s Choice Awards.

The Fraser Valley Rec center is less than a mile away with fitness equipment, a pool, lazy river, sauna/steam, gymnastics, and much more with a full schedule of activities for younger children. Take advantage of the free local shuttle with tracking through The Lift Rider app. This free shuttle has a stop so close it is less than .25 miles away! This shuttle runs through Fraser and Winter Park so be sure to plan a day of touring our mountain towns and all they have to offer! Enjoy hiking, skiing, and year-round events. There are several local restaurants to choose from, and we highly suggest visiting Randi’s Grill and Pub, Fraser Distillery, and Big Trout Brewery, just down the road.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
