The impressive tangled cords light fixture hanging above the dining room table is also a repurposed work of art created by the owner himself and was originally a screen security door. Unique pieces of art created by local artists adorn the walls of this super dreamy condo- bringing the eclectic vibe of the artistic, RiNo neighborhood indoors for you to enjoy.

The beautiful kitchen has a Scandinavian vibe with muted colors and functional purpose. Fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). Coffee maker + local, Boulder-based coffee provided. Breakfast bar with room for 3.

If you prefer to dine al-fresco, you are in luck! The massive private balcony has comfortable patio furniture and is literally the best place in town to watch the epic Denver sunrise colors of pink and orange will pour into the railings of your patio and provide a serene backdrop for your city-scape view.
