Our 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse is 1,300 sq ft, was recently constructed in November 2019, not to mention is located on the edge of downtown between the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the trendy River North Arts District, known to the locals as RiNo!
As you enter the home there is an office area equipped with a desk and a chair to comfortably set up your ‘work from home office’. This workspace is the only room on the first floor which greatly helps maintain separation for some much-deserved peace and quiet.
Heading up the first flight of stairs you step into the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3. On this second floor, you can flop back on the sectional sofa and flip on the flat-screen TV with a built-in Roku for all of your streaming needs (must use your own accounts; no cable/satellite), as well as the half bathroom.
On the 3rd floor, there are 2 bedrooms. Each with a Queen-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower which includes a rainfall showerhead + side body sprayers. The master bedroom also leads out to the rooftop deck boasting a personal view of Downtown Denver!!
For a peaceful evening enjoying the view, head up to the rooftop deck with seating for everyone while enjoying glorious blue and orange sunset spread throughout the panoramic Colorado sky.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
If any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you.
Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
