Your own little mountain paradise comes complete with a well-stocked modern kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, a full dining table, and a cozy living space with a fireplace to relax at night. There are three king beds and one bunk bed that holds 2 full beds and 1 trundle in the upstairs loft area.
You'll have access to the complex hot tub (10am-10pm) and be close to shuttles that will take you directly to all the shops, restaurants and bars as well as the nearby ski areas, hiking, and biking paths - Enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer, including local hot-spots like Relish, Hearthstone, and Crepes a la carte!

As our guest, you will have access to the entire unit. The grill, and coin-operated washer/dryer are shared within the building, as well as one parking spot in the garage.
A representative from our management company will reach out to you on the day of your arrival with a custom door code for access to the building as well as the garage.

Located just a short walk from Main Street, this modern yet cozy condo is nestled in a peaceful side street, surrounded by pine and aspen trees. You'll find world-class hiking/mountain biking and walking trails surrounding the condo. Breckenridge has some of the most skiable acres in Colorado and has reliably fantastic snow, including the highest lift-serviced skiing in North America. Breckenridge has an excellent variety of dining and shopping on its historic Victorian-era main street. There are festivals and events almost every week of the year, including outdoor concerts, art shows, beer, and wine festivals and parades.
Shuttle service is available from DIA (about 90 minutes to two hours) or the Eagle (Vail) airport with Colorado Mountain Express.
Take advantage of the free bus with stops throughout town. For skiers, you can either take that bus or park in the free lot at the Ice Arena at the bottom of Boreas Pass road and the shuttles to the ski area depart more frequently from there.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

- If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.

- Check out time is 10 AM. We do not accommodate late check-out times, fines will be incurred for violation.

However, there will be an automatic charge of $35 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
